Al Ehsaan Academy is a community and educational centre based in Leicester that serves as a multifunctional Islamic institution. The academy functions primarily as a mosque with five daily prayer services and Friday congregations, whilst simultaneously operating as an educational madrasah offering Qur'anic studies including a Hifidh programme. Founded by Mufti Shah Hifjul Karim and colleagues from the Ehsaan Foundation, the organisation has demonstrated significant commitment to infrastructure development. Phase One established prayer facilities, ablution areas and toilets (£27,000). Phase Two involved purchasing the property in March 2022 for £490,000, with ongoing fundraising for outstanding payments and soft loans. Phase Three will focus on comprehensive building renovation.
